User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of SPRAXXX Nation’s digital properties and AI services, including but not limited to SPRAXXX.ai, SPRAXXX.com, SPRAXXX.tv, and related systems (collectively, the “Services”). By verifying your identity or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Verified Identity Requirement

Access to key functions requires identity verification through our secure partner, Stripe Identity. By completing verification, you confirm you are a real human of legal age and consent to our Privacy Policy and Legal Terms.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration and verification.
• Keep your credential QR and login information secure.
• Use SPRAXXX services only for lawful and dignified purposes.
• Respect the privacy and safety of other verified members.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, defamation, or exploitation of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious software or harmful code.
• Use SPRAXXX services for spam, advertising, or commercial resale without written consent.
• Impersonate or attempt to duplicate a verified identity (“cloning”).

5. Intellectual Property

All software, text, design, trademarks, and content under the SPRAXXX umbrella are property of SPRAXXX Nation. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use these Services as intended under this Agreement.

6. Payments and Verification Fees

Verification and membership payments are handled by Stripe. Once a credential is issued, payments are non-refundable except as required by law. All prices are denominated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

7. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access to any account that violates this Agreement, the Legal Terms, or applicable law. Users may terminate their account at any time by requesting deletion of their credential at privacy@spraxxx.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

SPRAXXX Nation provides services “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through informal communication with legal@spraxxx.com. If unresolved, matters shall be governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Mediation may be offered before any formal proceeding.

10. Modifications

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
